| Are you entering the info correctly? - CaSe SeNsITiVe The login info is case sensitive which means there's difference between "JOHN" and "john" - the best way to ensure you're entering it right is to select the text and right click on your mouse, choose "Copy" then place the curser in the correct field and then right click again and choose "Paste" do this for both username and password and it will work. |
